Cancellation must be notified in writing to E-Mail: unikt-kongresse@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de.
Any bank charges which may incur from the process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.
Until 10th June 100% of the registration will be refunded less a handling fee of EURO 50
From 11th June The full registration fee will be chargeable and no refund will be made.
Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the symposium without any prior notice of cancellation.
Any abstracts submitted will be deleted once the registration cancellation is finalized.
